Appointment cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows

A 30% deposit is required when booking an appointment online, or by invoice for a phone/message booking. The deposit is held as credit and deducted from your treatment cost at your appointment. For phone or message bookings, your time slot is only held once the invoice is paid.

Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice — no charge. If you reschedule, your deposit moves with your appointment.
Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or don't attend — we may retain your 30% deposit. Nothing further is charged.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may mean we ask for full pre-payment before booking you again.
If exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending, contact us as soon as you can and we'll take that into account. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Treatments

Once a treatment has been performed, it is non-refundable. If you're not happy with your results, please let us know — at our discretion, we may offer a complimentary treatment to address your concern.

If you're not a suitable candidate on the day

Occasionally, a contraindication to treatment is identified during your consultation on the day, after payment has been made. In this situation, you'll be offered a credit, an alternative suitable treatment, or the option to reschedule, rather than a cash refund.

Retail products

We accept returns on skincare products within 14 days of purchase where there has been a genuine adverse reaction, supported by documentation (e.g. photos). For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, or on products used without a documented reaction.
